CR-Xi'an has adhered to an approach driven by customers' demand, exploring the implementation of transport solutions such as entrusted transportation, "bulk-to-container" conversion and integrated rail-water transportation. These efforts have compressed loading and unloading times at both ends of the transportation chain and reduced logistics costs. By collaborating with relevant enterprises both inside and outside the railway sector, CR-Xi'an has co-built a freight delivery guarantee mechanism and explored new modes of operation, such as integrating freight trains with passenger trains and ensuring timely departures. Additionally, CR-Xi'an has deepened supply-side structural reforms in transportation, creating quick logistics, international through traffic, rail-sea intermodal transport and specialized logistics brands. To date, CR-Xi'an has developed 80 logistics contracting projects, with a total contracted volume of 17.57 million tons and added value revenue of 810 million yuan for the year; it has also secured 50 contracted transport projects, guaranteeing a total volume of 124 million tons.
