First, precise allocation of transportation capacity has been provided. Over 1,500 high-speed trains with surplus cabin space and express delivery compartments are arranged daily, including 44 trains with reserved express cabins, 35 early-morning trains with no passengers for express delivery, and 2 full high-speed express trains from Kunming to Chengdu, providing high-speed rail express services. A total of 252 normal-speed passenger trains, equipped with luggage cars for express delivery, will operate daily, along with 8 express cargo trains running at 160 km/h on key rail lines such as Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, Beijing-Shanghai Railway, Shanghai-Shenzhen Railway and Zhejiang-Guangdong Railway, providing express services. The service network and resource allocation have been optimized, with additional express services set up at high-speed railway stations such as Jinhuanan Railway Station and Zhuhai Railway Station, covering over 300 high-speed railway stations in total.
Second, express products have been innovated. China Railway Express continues to build its high-speed rail express brand by expanding the "High-Speed Rail Urgent Delivery" service to 182 major cities across the country. The service adopts an "immediate pickup, transport and delivery" model with priority loading and guaranteed timeliness, enabling "door-to-door delivery on the same day, with orders placed via WeChat Mini Program and delivered within 4 hours." For transportation demands that require high security and confidentiality, a "High-Speed Rail Personal Delivery" service is available, where goods are hand-delivered by a dedicated staff member, with full escort and special vehicles for pickup and delivery, better meeting customers' differentiated and personalized logistics needs. Additionally, over 1,200 convenient drop-off lockers have been deployed in 231 railway stations nationwide, making it easier for passengers to send items that cannot be carried onto the train.
Third, service quality has been improved. China Railway Express optimizes the 95572 customer service system for rail express, deepens "direct-to-direct" cooperation with e-commerce, express logistics and manufacturing enterprises, and constructs an integrated service model for logistics, transportation, warehousing and distribution throughout the process, helping reduce social logistics costs. By fully leveraging big data, cloud computing and the Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, it promotes and applies the railway network freight logistics platform to enhance "door-to-door" logistics service capabilities and efficiency. The company continues to improve services such as pharmaceutical cold chain delivery ("Temperature-Controlled Delivery"), temperature-controlled goods ("Timed Delivery") and food cold chain ("Cold Fresh Delivery") express services. It has developed and launched a range of cooling boxes from 4 liters to 140 liters, capable of precise temperature control within a range of -20°C to 35°C, ensuring logistics timeliness and quality. Additionally, China Railway Express has expanded into local agricultural markets, proactively engaging with customers to meet their needs, providing high-quality express services for products such as hairy crabs, wild mushrooms, seasonal fruits, seasonal vegetables and fresh beef and lamb, thereby supporting rural revitalization and increasing farmers' income.
