Historically, Wusu has been an important trade hub between the East and West. As a key station on the ancient Silk Road, it has witnessed bustling trade and business exchanges. Today, taking advantage of the policy advantages of the key Development and Opening Experimental Zone in Tacheng, Xinjiang coupled with its strategic location in northern Xinjiang, Wusu Railway Station was officially included in the scheduled CRE (Central Asia) train routes as a starting station in September this year, capitalizing on its logistics distribution potential.
It is reported that four trains will depart from Wusu Railway Station this month, each transporting goods to Europe and Central Asia through the Alataw Pass and Horgos Port. These trains will provide an efficient and convenient international logistics channel for Wusu and the surrounding areas, transporting local agricultural products, industrial goods and more. Additionally, high-quality products from Europe and Central Asia will have easier access to Xinjiang and national markets.
